12/3 - new project
Finished
Today I finished the Selecting/Aligning beginning project (the one with the planes). Since I you didn't really make any changes on to those pictures, I did not post a picture for it. However, I shall list some of the things I learned from the project; how to select, group, and ungroup objects, as well as what these actions can be used to do. After finishing that, I worked on the flower picture. That assignment was basically the application of the skills learned in the airplane/apple/fish/hat steps. And after that, I did the french fries project. I learned from that how to hide an object, how to select certain similar objects at once, how to change line thickness, about aligning objects to different reference points, etc. My work today relates to TEKS 3(c), using graphic software to modify an image, and 6(a), describing the properties and characteristics of computer-related hardware and software.
I am also currently working on my semester presentation/essay/handout. This relates to TEKS 18(b), using teamwork to solve problems (since I'm working with a partner), and 6(b), identifying, selecting, and sequencing proper computer resources to complete a project. (This TEK also applies to what we learned about reliable sources the other day.)
